Pacquiao vs. Clottey: No Chance for Clottey

According to Manny Pacquiao’s chief trainer Freddie Roach, Joshua Clottey has no chance to beat the Filipino ring icon Manny Pacquiao when they will be heading face to face on March 13 at the Cowboy’s Stadium in Arlington Texas.

Speaking from the Wild Card Gym in Hollywood, Los Angeles, Freddie Roach said that he had seen and studied the boxing style and strategy of Ghanaian Joshua Clottey and sees nothing special for him to enable defeat the Filipino pride Manny Pacquiao.

Freddie Roach said the he had seen most of Clottey’s match in  tapes and he’s not good. A really no match and chance to defeat Manny Pacquiao. But still according to Joshua Clottey’s camp, Freddie Roach has no right to predict the outcome of the Pacquiao vs. Clottey fight.

Pacquiao vs. Clottey fight will surely clash at the Cowboys Stadium for the Filipino’s WBO welterweight title. It will be surely too that this fight would be the match of the year and hopefully Mayweather would change his mind and make it happen the match between the two of them.

Freddie Roach prediction against Clottey

Pacquiao coach Freddie Roach prediction that the brutal fate of Manny Pacquiao’s opponents. He is more powerful than Oscar Dela Hoya, Ricky Hatton and Miguel Cotto. Pacquiao is going to defense his World Boxing Organization (WBO) welterweight title against his big opponent of Ghana Joshua Clottey on March 13, 2020. Roach prediction that the fight will end 12 rounds mean there are no knockouts between the two fighters.

Unlike the other opponents Roach predicts for knockout in the said round.

“This guy (Clottey) has never been knocked out before. He’s a tough guy. If the knockout comes, that will be a bonus but I’m planning to win in a 12-round fight,” he said at the Wild Card Gym in LA, where Pacquiao has started his seven-week training for the preparation for face to face fight to clottey.

Because Clottey never knock out but he is not new to absorbing knockdown. Clottey failed to defend his title against Cotto for a split decision. This Pacquiao vs. Clottey fight will be the toughest fight of Pacquiao
